It needs you
Someone is asking you something, or it matters enough to interrupt you.
Sonda brings your mail into one list and sorts every conversation, on your phone, into Now, Later and Noise. The email that asks you a question comes first, and every email tells you why it landed where it did.
Testing is by invitation while Google reviews Sonda's access to Gmail. If you'd like in, email me the Gmail address you'd use.

Every conversation is sorted on your phone before you see it. No server reads your mail to do it. Try it by hand: eight sample emails, three lanes.
Each email lands in Now (it needs you), Later (worth a read) or Noise (everything else). Pick a lane and Sonda tells you where it would have put it, and why.
Keys: 1 Now · 2 Later · 3 Noise
With JavaScript on, you can sort eight sample emails by hand. Here is how Sonda sorts a few of them:

Good to read, no answer needed. It waits without nagging.
Newsletters, receipts, promotions and notifications, out of the way but never lost.
Every email shows why it landed where it did, like “Asks you a question” or “You're only copied in”. Disagree? Move it, and your choice sticks. Star a sender and their mail always lands in Now.
Pick a part of the inbox and try it on sample mail.
All your accounts in one list, each with its own colour, or one account at a time. Unread counts sit on each account's chip.
