Sonda
Mail, sign-in, sorting, notifications, testing invitations.
I'm one person, and I read every message. Pick your app below for quick answers, or write to me. To delete your data or take an app's access away from your accounts, jump to Delete your data.

I usually reply within a day, and sometimes it takes two. The app's own Settings › Support button writes a message for you with the version and device already filled in, which helps me a lot.
Mail, sign-in, sorting, notifications, testing invitations.
Subscriptions, reminders, statement import, Orbit Pro.
Walks, fog, steps, watches, the weather, reminders.
Questions about your data, a bug report, or just hello.
Helpful to include: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, the app version (Settings), and your iOS version. Please never send passwords, passcodes or full bank or card numbers.
No email app needed. Your message goes straight to my inbox, and I reply to the address you give.
The form needs JavaScript. You can write to info@makeitcrazy.com instead.
Sonda is in testing by invitation while Google reviews its access to Gmail. Email me the Gmail address you'd use, and I'll add it and send you a TestFlight invitation.
That is expected during testing. Google shows this screen for every app that hasn't finished its review yet. Sonda asks for permission to read and manage your mail, which is what a mail app needs. If you were invited, choose Advanced, then continue. The screen goes away once Google finishes its review.
You can see exactly what Sonda does with your mail in the privacy policy.
While an app is in Google's testing stage, Google ends each tester's sign-in after 7 days. Sign in again from Sonda's sign-in screen; your pins, rules and settings stay. This stops once the review is finished.
Gmail works first. Outlook follows once Microsoft's sign-in is set up for Sonda, and the app says so when it is ready.
Every email shows why it was sorted where it is. If you disagree, move it to the right lane and your choice sticks for that sender. Star a sender and their mail always lands in Now. For broader changes, write a rule for a sender or a domain in Settings.
Sonda has no server, so there is no instant push from me. It checks your mail while the app is open and when iOS lets it refresh in the background, and notifies you from your phone. Check that Notifications for Sonda are on in iOS Settings, that Background App Refresh is on, and that Low Power Mode isn't holding it back. Opening the app always refreshes your mail straight away.
No. Your mail goes between your phone and Gmail or Outlook. It never passes through a Make It Crazy server, because there isn't one. Messages only reach me if you choose to send them to me for support.
To remove Sonda's access to your accounts, see Delete Sonda's data.
Not in this version. Orbit 1.0 has no bank connections, and nothing about your bank goes to me or to any server of mine. With Orbit Pro you can open a statement (PDF or CSV) from your internet banking, or add a Fio banka read-only token, and Orbit reads it on your iPhone to find repeating payments. You choose what to track, and the statement itself is not uploaded or kept.
Finding repeating payments is a good guess, not a certainty. You choose what to track, and nothing is added until you confirm. Add anything missing by hand, and untick anything wrong. Payments from the App Store show up under Apple's name, so check the amounts.
Check Settings › Reminders in Orbit (renewal reminders on, and how many days before), then iOS Settings › Notifications › Orbit (allowed, and Lock Screen on). Focus modes can silence them. iOS limits how many reminders an app may have waiting, so Orbit plans the nearest ones first and refreshes them each time you open it. If you've chosen to hide details, notifications read “A subscription renews”, and you need to open Orbit to see which one.
Restore. Reinstalled, or on a new iPhone? Open Orbit's Pro screen and tap Restore. Pro follows your Apple ID.
Cancel. Monthly and Yearly are managed by Apple, in Apple ID › Subscriptions: on your iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Orbit, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; if you are on the 7-day free trial of the Yearly plan, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, or it converts to the paid yearly subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Lifetime is a single payment and has nothing to cancel.
Refunds. Apple handles them at reportaproblem.apple.com. I can't issue them, but I'll gladly help with the request. The full subscription terms are on the terms page.
No account is needed: Orbit works fully without one, with sample data or your own. A profile (Continue with Apple or Google) only shows your name and email in the app, and stays on your iPhone. Your subscriptions are stored on your iPhone, not on a server, so deleting the app deletes them. Export to CSV, Excel or PDF in Settings › Your data keeps a copy.
To delete your profile and data, see Delete Orbit's data.
Canis is in testing through Apple's TestFlight. Email support.canis@makeitcrazy.com and I'll send you an invitation. It runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
The map and the fog are the whole game: Canis lifts the fog where you walk and counts the distance. It asks for “While Using” only, never “Always”. During a walk it keeps going with the screen off, and iOS shows its blue location pill. If you said no, open iPhone Settings › Canis › Location and choose While Using the App; the blue button on the map takes you there.
Fog lifts only during a walk, so press Start a walk first. Then check that Location for Canis is “While Using the App” with Precise Location on (iPhone Settings › Canis › Location). Indoors, or between tall buildings, GPS can be too vague to count; it catches up outside.
The number next to Volf counts only steps walked with Canis today: your finished walks plus the one going on. It starts at 0 each day. The Journal's ring shows the whole day, from your iPhone and from any watch that shares with Apple Health. If your iPhone can't count steps (Motion & Fitness off), Canis estimates them from the distance.
Canis reads watches through Apple Health. In your watch's app (Garmin Connect, Google Health for Fitbit, Samsung Health, Zepp and others) switch on sharing with Apple Health, then allow Canis in iPhone Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Canis. Profile › Watches & trackers in Canis has the steps for each brand, and Check again imports walking and hiking workouts from the last 7 days.
Canis keeps a copy of your game in your own iCloud. Open Canis on an iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID: the title screen says Welcome back and shows your level, streets, places and walks. Tap Continue my game, or Start a new game to delete the saved game and begin again from the fog. If you started a new game before the copy loaded, your old streets and places join it at the next save; Profile › Your map › Start over resets it here and in iCloud. Check Profile › Your game in iCloud (on), and iPhone Settings › your name › iCloud (signed in, and Canis allowed). Walks imported from your watch come back from Apple Health.
The weather comes from Apple Weather for where you are. It appears once Canis knows your location and you're online, and refreshes every 30 minutes or after 5 km. Tap the weather chip on the map to see when it last updated.
Check Profile › Reminders in Canis (Walk reminder on, and the time), then iPhone Settings › Notifications › Canis. Focus modes can silence them. The day's reminder is skipped once you've walked or reached your goal.
To erase what Canis keeps, see Delete Canis's data.
It's your data, so you can remove it yourself, and you don't need my permission. These steps cover what's inside the apps and what's with Google, Microsoft, Apple, Apple Health and your bank. If anything doesn't work, or you can't open the app, email me from the address you used and I'll help.
Sonda keeps your mail on your phone and I hold none of it, so there is nothing to ask me to erase. You remove it by signing out, and then by taking Sonda's access away at your mail provider.
Orbit keeps your subscriptions on your phone and I hold none of them, so there is nothing to ask me to erase. You remove them yourself, in a few taps:
Emailed me about Orbit, or can't open the app? Write to support.orbit@makeitcrazy.com from the address you used. I'll delete our conversation, and help you with any step above.
Canis keeps everything on your phone, with a copy in your own iCloud, and has no account or server, so I hold none of your walks and there is nothing to ask me to erase. You remove it yourself:
Emailed me about Canis? Ask at support.canis@makeitcrazy.com and I'll delete our conversation and confirm when it's done.
The website stores nothing about you and sets no cookies. If you've emailed me and want the conversation deleted, say so in an email and I'll delete it.
Please tell me privately, at info@makeitcrazy.com, before sharing it anywhere else. See security.txt. I'll thank you, and fix it as fast as I can.
